FULL-TIME & PART-TIME EXPERIENCED COUNSELORS

Wellrooted Counseling is looking for a part-time and/or full-time Counselor to join our group practice! Wellrooted Counseling specializes in care for anxiety and mood disorders across the lifespan. We currently have hybrid telehealth positions available at the Midland office. 

Requirements:
Masters level licensed clinician (limited and full licensure) in the State of Michigan, preferably with private practice experience and paneled with BCBS. Candidates must be registered with CAQH. This is a W-2 position with a generous split based on experience. Therapists must have, or be willing to complete, advanced training in perinatal mental health and have an interest in working with this population. Candidates must be willing to market themselves to grow their referral base and recognition in the community. Wellrooted Counseling, LLC will also help provide referrals. Candidates must be independent, driven, collaborative, and complement our positive-minded group of clinicians. 

• Active unrestricted State of Michigan license

• Carry a minimum caseload of 20 clients (full-time)

• Prior private practice experience and insurance paneling is a plus

• Advanced training in evidence based practice/willingness and interest in completing

• Willing to see clients via telehealth (in-person optional and based on individual comfort level)

Education and Licensure:

• Masters or Doctoral level degree in Counseling, Psychology, or Social Work.

• Active and unrestricted license: PhD, PsyD, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LLPC
