Groups

As we are able to, we offer groups developed to accommodate 4-6 people with a common need. Groups are typically covered by your insurance with the standard co-pay for your policy.

DBT Skills Group

Dialectical Behavior Therapy was founded by Marsha Linehan to assist people in managing intense emotional and behavioral responses to their life.  Full DBT requires participation over a year in weekly groups, individual therapy, 24 hour skills coaching. To increase accessibility, this group follows a research based schedule of the core skills of DBT in an abbreviated focused group that meets for 13 weeks. Participants will learn: mindfulness, wisemind, what emotions do for you, building mastery and coping ahead, and radical acceptance to name a few skills

Facilitator: Nicole Schram, MA LPC CAADC

Start Date: 3/25/2025

Supportive Parenting for Anxious Children

Developed based on findings that parents can start to reduce their child’s anxiety and increase engagement in a full life without a therapist meeting with their child, this group helps to identify ways you or your partner may be unintentionally supporting anxious behaviors and build up other skills to help your child and family learn to embrace anxiety
